Growing up on a California rice farm, I learned early about using environmental resources wisely. As a UC Santa Cruz student I worked on the university’s organic farm, further sparking my interest in how land, water and energy all work together. It’s with that passion for practical energy conservation and sustainability that I co-founded Energy Liberty Corporation.
One of the things I love most about my work is helping clients find financial incentive programs that improve their real estate investment’s profitability, value and marketability. My greatest strength is to synthesize information from a variety of sources and guide clients through the complex energy efficiency audit and financial incentive application process. Ultimately my goal is to conserve energy so it makes financial sense for everyone.
There are literally hundreds of energy financial incentive programs available for real estate investors. It’s satisfying to sift through a maze of paperwork and online sources to find the nuggets that save my clients money. I know that real estate investors and property managers need real data to make educated decisions. That’s why I present information in dollars not kilowatts. As a result, I measure my success by how much I improve a property’s market value, tenant retention, and expense reduction.
Now is the time to take advantage of the financial incentive programs available for energy conservation and sustainability. If you’re looking for an expert guide, one that speaks your language, please give me a call for a free consultation.
